Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, case No. 286739. Very fine, 18K pink gold wristwatch. Made in the 1940s.
Cassa: Tre corpi, solida, lucidata, fondello a pressione
Quadrante: Quadrante due toni, con numeri romani e indici a bastone in oro, contatore dei secondi ausiliare a ore 6, pista dei minuti esterna. Sfere a bastone in oro
Movimento: Cal. 463, dorato, scappamento ad ancora, spirale Breguet
